These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JetsLift software application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by JetsLift ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it when it changes. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement in order to use the Service on behalf of a merchant store.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its source code, or any related systems;
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent;
• Use the Service to transmit any code or material that is harmful, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.

No Guarantee of Compliance

The Service is a software tool intended to help merchants display age verification prompts to visitors of their Shopify stores. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and we do not guarantee that any visitor verification will satisfy the specific legal or regulatory requirements that apply to your business.

You are solely responsible for determining whether the Service is suitable for your use case and for ensuring your store complies with the age verification laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to your products and jurisdictions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JetsLift, its affiliates, or their respective owners, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from a failure of the Service to verify a visitor's age, a server outage, a software defect, or any other interruption of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or otherwise created risk or legal exposure for us or for other merchants. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, source code, logos, content, and all related intellectual property, is owned by JetsLift and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
